About me

Milad Rezanejad, from the operating room to the bedside

I am Milad Rezanejad, a surgical technologist and wound care specialist in Rasht, Iran. Much of my career has been spent in the operating room, where a small break in sterile technique can change the outcome of surgery. Today I bring that same precision to wounds that have not healed for weeks or months.

A chronic wound is never only a skin problem. It reaches into sleep, work and the peace of a whole family.

My path

Three chapters, one standard

  1. 01 Operating room

    Precision first

For years I worked as scrub and circulating technologist with general, orthopaedic, minimally invasive and robotic surgical teams. Sterile field management, instrumentation and anticipating the surgeon are the base of my work.

  2. 02 Wound care

When a wound will not close

Seeing patients live for months with wounds after surgery or because of diabetes led me to specialist wound care: careful assessment, debridement, advanced dressings and NPWT.

  3. 03 Darmanjo

    Care and education in Guilan

Darmanjo was shaped to bring specialist wound care to Rasht and to teach patients and families, including free educational content shared on Instagram.
